Geek Squad warranty is better than manufacturer's because Best Buy is local and is easily accessed to get tech, repairs, and refund or exchanges. It probably costs less than Sony's warranty. My local Best Buy has knowledgeable and experienced Geek Squad very skilled in facts and hardware setup.

Good protection at a reasonable price. I compared it with other protection plan and this was the best.

Whenever I have anything electronic that I can’t figure out myself, I use Geek Squad! They always seem to shed light on whatever I’m looking at changing or adding to my plethora of electronics. Without them, I don’t know where I’d be. Also, Sara... is a Beast! She knows her stuff regarding electronics.

Gives you a peace of mind on your electronics knowing you are covered, especially with cats and children lol.

No, I have the extended warranty from Best buy, I have never used it. A neighbor of mine has used one and was pleased with the results, so I’m hoping that if anything goes wrong, I will be covered.

For the price of $74 for two years that is awesome. Keep doing what you’re doing Best Buy you’ll always get my business.
