The squad is sometimes hard to connect to, but when they get on a problem they solve it. It may take over an hour but I have never stumped them yet and I have used the service over a decade.

simple to use. if product stops working just bring it to the nearest best buy and they will replace it with a new one. I purchase one for everything I buy from best buy
