I will not purchase any other protection plan other than this. With geek squad I can enjoy my purchases.

I love my Geek Squad service! If I have a question, they are always so polite and knowledgeable. To know my TV is protected gives me peace of mind. I recommend the Geek Squad plan for any device that needs a little extra protection.

Tv has nice colored and everything is easy to understand

I know the price is high for the protection on the purchase... But if something happens to the TV, Best Buy takes care of it... You don’t have to go through the manufacture... Highly recommend for a amount purchase.

I had to use the plan on a defective TV. I brought the old TV in and left with a brand new one. The whole thing to half hour, probably because I couldn't decide which tv to get.

The Agents brought my tv to the car and recommended the 5 yr service plan for the tv at $299, I know it sounds like a lot but it’s worth it as the will replace the tv at full value with a newer version if necessary.

Bought with our tv haven’t used the service yet. But, sounds like they would fix or replace your item

2 year protection, hopefully I won't need it. I guess we'll see how good it is if we have to try to use it.

Why would you buy a $1200 TV and not put a coverage on it is the real question. I’ve been purchasing Best Buy service plans for years I’ve exercised some others I never had to redeem, they are well worth it.

I usually dont get the protection for anything, but since I saved so much money on the open box item I decided to get the protection so for whatever reason my gf TV will be repaired or replaced with little to no hassle. and since its added to your account dont really need to keep receipts since they can look you up in the system.

We purchased a 5 year plan for a larger TV and have had to use it twice due to severe storms in the area with major lightening strikes. We were thoroughly happy with the results. The Geek Squad did a great job! Because of this, we purchased a plan for a smaller TV we just bought.

Best warranty for TV's (covers burn-in). Only downside is that the price of the warranty is based on the TV's purchase price. I was unable to get a price adjustment on the warranty, even after getting a price adjustment on the TV (TV went on sale during my return/exchange period)

This is Excellent service I sat back, and they did every thing and programmed tv it was all ready to go.

I have been very pleased wth the protection plan I've purchased for every product I've purchased. Two tvs, two wireless speaker, refrigerator have all been replaced or credited to a gift card. The refund to the gift cards is what I didn't like, hence the four stars. I wish they would refund the credit card!
