    Geek Squad services depend on the knowledge of the professional behind the counter, and his/her willingness and ability to correctly assess the customer's needs. Then, to effectively communicate with a person not well schooled in computer hardware and software is the final measure. I have been disappointed only once in over 50 contacts over many years...only one time.

    Getting the Geek Squad service is the best thing to get. I have gotten a new coffee maker, had a stero head phones break and were replaced. Best thing to get.
