Had this warranty for prior unit. Geek squad replaced it, no questions.

Bought this to cool a 1000 square foot room that had no air conditioning vents. It was a sun room converted to a room but it was still warm in the summer and cool in the winter. We will use this as an AC unit in the summer and a dehumidifier in the winter. Cools well, control panel lights can be turned off and it is keeping the room at a very nice temperature. So far we are very happy with this purchase.

Works really well and really fast. I had this in my son’s room and bought a second for the primary bedroom.

As the title says. Get it on EVERYTHING. Think about it, I bought this on my Air Conditioner, right before moving into a new Apartment. In two or three years, if my AC dies, I can take it in, and get it Replaced. I don't have to but another $350 AC unit out-of-pocket. That's peace of mind, there.

The only humidifier that seems to work. Turn ceiling fan on counterclockwise rotation to equally disperse humidity to entire room.

I always get the Geek Squad Protection Plan on my big purchases at Best Buy. That way if I do have a problem, I know it will be taken care of quickly. It is a great plan for a good price.
