That is a great department of best buy. They are very well trained and know their stuff. I the geek squad is the real expert in my way of looking at it.

Geek squad the best protection you can buy. I worked at Best Buy as a Supervisor in Computers and geek was satisfying because I seen it work for the many times. They always thanked me for selling them Geek.

I was skeptical, but so far this service has more than paid for itself. The techs so far have been AWESOME I must say. I think I will be extending my membership if they keep it going another year.

Geek squad protection is a must anytime you by electronics from Best Buy lots of their products aren’t any good but if they fail they will replace

Omar was quick and efficient with the install. He even took the time to demo the product and answer all the questions I had.

Best Buy have one of the best product replacements. Bring in the defected come out with another, it's usually that simple.

Purchased this radar detector and iam pleased. Hopefully i won't need this 2 yr insurance

Not sure what to say...have yet to use it. And hope to never have to. Nonetheless, it is good peace of mind knowing that I have it should I need it.

Dont forget to get the "peace of mind" of this service. Gotta have the replacement warranty from Best Buy.

great plan, you can literally set your item on fire and run it over. Just make sure its cooled down and not smoking and they don't care they replace it for free no questions asked!

Straight out these guys did not BS they gave me all the help I needed and just changed on my part when I screwed it up obviously I think great great money value
