Knowing there is help for an additional two years for the car starter was a great feeling. They did good work installing, and now they are there for help if needed.

Geek Squad so far has installed 2 of 3 Vantop Rear view mirror dash cam/rearview camera quickly & professionally!!!! Appointment time was made & vehicle was in promptly driven into install bay in timely fashion. Both cars' install looks like OEM!!!! Looking forward to the install of our soon to be made 65" tv purchase!!!!

Luckily best buy picks up the slack and stands behind products they sell even if manufacturers won't.

This is a good product that works well and I had no issues with it. I recommend it to anyone that is looking to have something like this installed on their vehicle.

Just purchased remote starter and haven’t yet been installed have to wait till March for the install to be completed.

Was exalent service in achieving my automatic starter. And consideration in my need in better remote for it was appreciated. Along with showing me how to work with the new better remote.

Agents worked with me on my warranty. I was able to get another rear camera swapped without having to remove the entire dash cam. Very friendly and understanding.

Usually electronic devices have some problems once a few years later. However, you do not have worries because this Geek squad plan will save you!!

I have never had a better warranty than a Best Buy warranty. Got to love it. For big dollar items the warranties for me make absolute sense.
