The Roku Ultra brings the best of both (wireless/streaming and wired media) worlds. The Dolby Atmos/Vision image and audio quality are fantastic, as long as you have a capable TV and soundbar/audio system.

How can you buy anything without adding Geek Squad protection? The Geeks are always there just in case anything happens. ThT peace of mind is worth every penny I highly recommend buying it with her with a purchase

While I have not needed to use these services for the product I just bought, I have had to use the Geek Squad services before. They have always taken care of my needs and I will not have a major purchase without it. Geek Squad protection is one of the main reasons I purchase all of my electronic devices at Best Buy.

I would never buy any electronic items from Best Buy without an extended warranty. Best Buy is the one merchant that does not give you any issues and make refund or replacement stress free. Highly recommend!!!!!

Well pleased with the overall service I receive from the friendly and cooperative staff. They get me thru problems that arise with the operations of my computers and are always ready and willing to take on my challenging problems.

Always had great luck with Best Buys protection plans. My only complaint was with my PC where it had to be sent it and waiting to get it back, I wasn't comfortable with this and therefore returned the computer. But I've had good luck with this on other items.

I love having the Geek Squad protection! You don’t have to worry about your devices because they are re there to help! I have always renewed and will continue to do so.

Sometimes I feel like I shouldn't spend money on extended warranties and protection plans. Then again, it's better to have and not need than need and not have. Best buy has always been great at honoring any protection plan I've purchased if needed.

Who can argue with this?? A four year warranty? Right that means your have great product protection even after you’ve forgotten. I love to hear, “well ma’am, looks like there’s a warranty. Let us repair or replace on us.”

It doesnt matter what you buy anymore, if you are not considering a warranty you are wasting your money. Always buy a warranty with any electronic device, sooner or later you will use it and you will be thankful for having it.

I have previously used my Geek Squad service and was beyond satisfied. From the first call to completion of repairs it was easy. Everyone was friendly, professional and worked with my schedule. This is a must have purchase.

I always order the extra Geek service because when something breaks down or stops working I know I can always return it to Best Buy n they will either fix it or replace it. It’s great to have the extra protection.
