Our original Firestick only can’t with a 2 year Geek Squad warranty, but died after 2 1/2 years. Our new Firestick allowed for a 4 year warranty, so we purchased it in case the new one dies in 2 - 3 years again.

There technicians do tried to do the best of their knowledge to do repairs on the computer products. As everybody knows, no one person can know everything as far as repairs, but didn't try to do their best

I break stuff all the time because I’m a clutz. I got the extra protection for my Google chrome remote just in case if I somehow break it or malfunctions. You can’t always rely on technology so insurance helps.

At first I hesitated in getting it, but I figured there was no risk so I ended up getting it. Lo and behold, an issue arose with my printer and they were able to take care of it in a prompt and courteous manner
