The warranty program through Best Buy is great. We get it on all of our electronics. Manufacturers warranties are very restrictive to mail stuff in or be without it for weeks while they send it back is absurd. When I bought a computer at Costco I was asked to mail my computer tower from Hawaii to Sacramento for repairs. Ther wasn't a local service center.

This is an excellent protection plan that marries well with my theft & loss plan! Also I want to say the two consultants that helped me were very helpful.

We had a Roku with earbud feature so that you could watch tv while partner was asleep but sound quality started breaking up so I bought another one and added protection which would cover this problem if it happened again. The service is a good thing to have. We have used it and definitly got our moneys worth. You call they come quickly and you have no bill. They can install appliances faster than you can.

If you make an appointment, the process of getting help is so convenient. Great service, I think. I used to try and support my local store but I have to admit in this case, I prefer the longer hours of using Best Buy for tech assistance.
