I love the Geek Squad protection. I haven't with all my major appliances and electronics. They are amazing whenever I need something. Or have a problem they are always there to help.

I love their services. I don't have to pay for delivery and installation on future purchases at Best Buy. They have been concise in explaining the products I've purchased as well as the installation.

The Nvidia shield is the king of steaming boxes. Blows anything else out of the water and I have owned them all.

Love the protection plan and Geek Squad, they weren't able to solve my problem, but quickly got me a replacement and I was out in less than 20 minutes!

Their protection plan is great. Got a 4yr and started having problems after the 3rd year. Went into bear buy w my receipt and broken unit. Viola-waljed out w a brand new unit. Easy Peasy Lemon Squeezy!

Honestly shop best buy exclusively for the geek squad warranty. Have honored it with a variety of products. Safeguards against purchase of what may be unreliable new tech. Used to buy newegg Amazon etc... For the last 5yr best buy with geek squad. Not even a question and even if it means waiting for ship to store i know it is worth it.

My Roku was under warranty i simply came in showed them my Roku, was told to grab a new one and it was replaced.

Put it too ya this way.... it like Leaving the house and realizing you've forgotten a critical component of your daily work attire.... YOUR TROUSERS.... Don't leave the house with out them....
