I ordered a 75” Roku tv online on November 21, received a wall mount and waited for tv to arrive. About a week later we opened the box took out the tv only to find ou it was defective with vertical lines running up and down the screen, Text/chat to return and reorder set up for December 18th, waiting all day for a replacement only to find out nobody showed up! Text/chat again, said no one available to deliver, reset up for January 3. Not customer service friendly, I will not purchase anything again from Best Buy.

The TV is great but the remote that came with the TV doesn't allow all the features on the remote to work i.e. return, exit & pre-ch does not work.
I have not needed to use geek squad -yet

I had a 5 year warranty on my old TV that had speaker issues, which they decided to swap out with another TV same make model but 3 years newer. Took over 2 weeks of my 30 day return policy to receive the new TV. And when I did receive the TV notice right away that it was very cheaply built compared to my last one and unfortunately noticed to late that the screen and back of TV was split down the side from being dropped which now the 30 day warranty has passed.
