I had a nice experience setting up my computer service upgrade but I didn’t feel I was a priority because the rep kept assisting others while I being setup and it prolonged the process quite a bit. He should have taken care of me because I set the appointment up a few days ahead but he would stop with me and went off to do other things a number of times. He was helpful and polite but needs to focus a bit more.

We bought this projector to use in our back yard when we entertain and we couldn't be happier. It came with a carrying case for easy travel/storage, it's compact, and best of all it's a "smart" projector so you can use it for many things without connecting it to another device. It even came with an antenna for picking up basic tv. The only negative thing I can say is that we haven't been able to get the 3D to work properly. We haven't spent much time on trying to figure it out, so that could be operator error more than equipment error.

Nothing better than being covered for the Geek Squad to come out to your house and fix your problem or install your purchase/replacement. I have come to know the guys due to the amount of items I have and they are all great.

I know it's not the cheapest, but I always get the Geek squad protection plans. If it breaks, it's covered. if I have questions or it doesn't operate, they help me. If I was a computer genius or more savvy, I probably wouldn't need it, but I need this stuff to work when I want it to.

with children and pets something always gets knocked over, dropped, accidently dropped! always saves some money to have geek squad for repairs to not have an additional price tag that you can not always afford

I bought this product for a firm I work at. Sometimes, we need to present evidence, and sometimes, we don't have the luxury to waste time setting up. It's efficient, gets the job done, and it is easy to operate.

I highly recommend purchasing the Geak Squad Protection Plan. They gave me store credit for my damaged LCD projector that I had purchased 3 years ago.

Sometimes warranties are good to have for me I got it because I've never owned a projector so spending $600 bucks I want it to last at least 2 years or longer .

I purchased the geek squad warranty for 4 years and it is a international warranty. they will fix or replace the product no questions ask.

Greek protection is worth the cost. I’ve had to use it and has saved me money in the long run!!

It is a great comfort to be able to trust having a protection plan. A person never knows when you will need help.

my suggestion. don't take a chance. you wanna toss your projector in the trash if a power surge destroys it? i don't think so

I WOULD NOT PURCHASE ANY PRODUCT WITHOUT ADDING THE GEEK SQUAD PROTECTION. THE GEEK SQUAD HAS PROVEN TO ME THAT THEY GO ABOVE AND BEYOND!

I brought my laptop to the store and the the employee was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He fixed my problem there and I was able to take it home.
