I learned the hard way by not buying the service protection plan! I bought spouse a pair of headphones to view tv and keep the peace in our house. Well it broke two months into owning. I was out of luck so next time I buy any electronic equipment- I’ll play it safe w a plan.

Great program to have all your electronics covered under a warranty. I can use on electronics that I didn’t even purchase from Bestbuy, which is helpful since my teenage kids always have something going on wrong with laptops, tablets and cellphones.

I got the Yahama RX V575 receiver open box for a price I almost had to rub my eyes to believe, but the important part was I originally was not looking for network capabilities, only a strong receiver w/a good amp and decent selection of ports. I easily was ready to buy the highly recommended RX V375 but by chance got upgraded to a network 7.2 channel receiver. You have NO idea how often I use my iPhone or laptop to AirPlay music, use Yamaha's remote app to change between devices, etc. I literally would now pay the new $400+ to get one w/the capability if that open box hadn't existed, no question, I'd find the money or wait until I had it. Add to that, I'm ELATED tha the receiver so much I took it back in and put a 4yr Geek Squad on it b/c it would take $500 to get another one. 3 more years left and loving the security of knowing that receiver is covered fully covered for replacement for on $35! This service being free on top of that really shows that the store really cares about the expensive product that we purchased. They installed it professionally.

I always get Geek squad service when I purchase electronic items that could get damaged. It's gives me a good piece of mind that if something goes wrong i can get the item replaced or get a refund if the item is not available. I've never had an issue using the servicein the past. I highly recomend this espcially for high priced items.

Great Receiver. I have added several devices and Bookshelf Speaker and I have even added both MP3/CD Recorder as well as my FireTV. Great buy for the price and great sound quality. I am enjoying the sound and so are my friends and family. Can't go wrong.

Worth every dollar for audio equipment, Im a long time buyer and audio tech especially if pushed hard or often will fail eventually, and for the price and for 4 years, I find the coverage to be more than enough for most, definitely worth it on receivers and amps

Having some concerns was told if i would have any probs in the future with my speakers sounding blown or popped that i can come and get a new product? This is what i was told by 1 employee the other 1 said they would have to send it out for them to look at it and it takes few weeks! Idk but hopefully i dont have to ever experience and issues with my product then again this is why warranty exists and for certain products its a must have like anything audio related in my opinion cus they can easily pop or get blown

This pays for itself if you have receiver with HDMI throughput. I’ve gone through 3 different audio receivers with blown HDMI ports. I have a grounded electrical panel and upgrade service but they keep burning out. This protection plan covers me for when it happens again. Pair it with an open box deal for more savings.

I just upgraded my older Denon which lasted 20 years if you could believe. There really isn't anything wrong with my Denon 3801 but I just wanted to upgrade and I only wish no that I had done it sooner. I'm loving all of the wireless features of this 5.2 system. I have it connected to a Samsung 65 inch Qled Q80R and it is amazing! My last one lasted 20 but I still opted for the 4 year Geek Squad protection plan.
