this has been a good buy for a great price

I have also used HP service support to help with some set up issue and they were very good and although tough to get a phone number once you get them there was little or no wait.

Good value, not easy to set up

One my husband absolutely loves is the one where you talk to Cortana and ask her to find something for you. He is always checking out the weather, places to eat, etc. The touchscreen we still haven't used much (don't like fingerprints) and we use the mouse, but it is very easy to use. We haven't figured out all the perks to it yet, but are working on it.

Very good PC

The only experience I have ever had with this brand is my printer which is now about 8 years old and works as well as the first day I bought it. Between reading the reviews on this PC and my experience with my printer I am in a win win situation. The computer is fast, quiet and has beautiful color. Well worth the money !! My only complaint is the small keyboard..

Love my All in One but Keyboard is small
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.So far it's great, but having trouble adjusting to shrunken keyboard Also, I use trackball and the included keyboard & mouse are in same usb plug, so can't separate them. Also having trouble upgrading from trial MS Office using purchased subscription... gonna have to call MS I LOVE THE LARGE SCREEN, also it's great for Netflix etc.
