I purchased this for my girlfriend and it was a huge hit. A lot of her ancestry was a guess and was way off. Everyone in her family was excited to hear what she got so they could figure out there own history as well

I’ve learned so much in such a short period of time. My bloodline goes through many different nationalities. I was amazed at all of the cultures that came before me. I wish I had this information when I was in grade school. I decided to treat myself to a kit for Christmas. And I bought another for someone else as a gift.

This is a very cool way to find out more about your family history and where you came from, also a way to find relatives you may have not known you had. The kit is very simple and straight forward to use, the only down side is if you want the medical part of this offer you have to pay an extra $100 for those results

A pain to get off their email and mailing lists. Service works as stated. Be sure to download your raw-data and upload to Promeathase(sp) to get even more good info on your DNA.

I did that kit with my fiancèe. As she was adopted, we weren't sure what to expect when we submitted the kit. She ended up connecting with her birth mother and birth father through the relatives feature.

Also other permissions to accept or deny. Kept him up to date on the process and had his results Christmas Eve.

Just your standard DNA tester! You spit into a tube and then send it off to people who extract your DNA and tell you where you're from. Kind of expensive though, especially if you want health added on.

The turn around time was shorter than they originally said, and I was updated during each step of the process. The report was very educational because it gave you information about your dna origins

my mom was so happy to get this as a gift and immediately swabbed her mouth and sent it off. waiting on the results. it was most definitely an original gift and not the boring PJs she usually gets lol

Purchased this for my wife and she was very happy with it. Haven’t received the results back yet, but it was really nice that there was a prepaid box to send the sample back. Worked out really well.

Had no idea they sold this at Best Buy but saw it and has to try it. The results dame back a lot sooner then I expected. Found out some interesting things about my background.

I got the results in 3-4 weeks and it gave some in depth results. Wait on sale since I hear these go on sale sometimes. I wished it was accurate enough to let you know the countries specifically instead of broad estimates but I'm sure the more people do the test the better the results in time.
