I just got my results back from 23 and me. Took about 2 weeks. I was amazed at the amount of information I received about my DNA. I have not even scratched the surface. Really like the pinpointing geographically of where my DNA/ancestors came from. If you have the $100 to spend you will not be disappointed.

Purchased as a gift for sister.I purchased this as a gift for my sister and it was her favorite gift from all of the party. All of my family has done this and they've enjoyed waiting for the results and getting the results. Everyone has been surprised.

I wanted to give a cool Christmas gift this year to a loved one and I heard DNA test kits were all the rage. I postponed shopping this year and had to do it last minute. I couldn't wait for this to be shipped out to me, so thankfully bestbuy had kits readily available to buy.

We purchased this for my girlfriend's daughter for Christmas, as she was interested in seeing more about her heritage. It was delivered quickly, the instructions were clear and easy to follow, and results should be back in a few days. Overall a great experience with this purchase, and the product.

My husband got this for me since I didn't know anything about my biological father. I also didn't know much about my mother's side of the family. I didn't know what my heritage was. The results were amazing. The things that I did know the kit was spot on and I also learned others I didn't know.

My daughter has been wanting to do this for so long- she got one for me about 3 years ago- mine took about 8 weeks- I bought this for her on Easter-sent it in that week and she got her results on 5/4!!

My wife bought two of these, one for me and one for her. We haven't received our results yet, but I can comment on how easy it was to do. So 5 stars for ease of use! Easy to follow directions tell you everything you need to do in order for you to collect your sample and get it mailed out.

My husband has been asking for one of these for a few years, since he doesn’t know his dads side of the family. I finally got one and he already sent it off and is waiting for his results. I think this would be a great present for someone with unanswered questions.

I actually bought these for two very dear friends who are curious about their ancestry. I had purchased these previously for my whole family last Christmas and we had such a fun time reading our results.Had some unexpected results, making it even more interesting. Highly recommend!

My granddaughter learned a lot about her ancestry through the 23andme kit. The results came quickly, and she was surprised that she had no Czech background. She had always been told she had a lot of Czech blood. Surprise!

Gave this as a Christmas Gift. Instructions said that it will take 3 to 4 weeks to receive the results back. The instructions and process is very straight forward and easy. Account registration does not some time and there are a LOT of questions that must be answered so assure you have 30 min or so to sit down and complete the online registration which is required prior to mailing.

So I got this for myself to determine what was on my dads side since my mom is 100% filipino. It was really informative, but a really long wait is to be expected, so this isn't something you'll find out in a week. Being mixed its a great thing to check out.

Register the vial on website. Fill it up with saliva and mail back. I got an email with results 9 days after they got it. One first cousin already did it and they told me we were related. Found out I am almost half British and irish

It's a very simple process, and within a few days or weeks you receive tons of information about your ancestry. It's nice to discover the original roots and where family came from. The info received is very simple, intuitive and easy to navigate.

He was so surprised I remembered he had mentioned he would like to have this kit! He immediately completed the sample kit and mailed it! It was so simple and very easy instructions. The wait was shorter than expected for the results. He was very pleased!

Always wanted to check my DNA, the kit itself is easy to use and the whole process is easy as well, my only complaint is with 23andME. They try to sell you so many different addons which in my opinion should already be included for the price.

This product what so much fun to use especially with the app, it was for my mom and it took the reasonable amount of time for the dna to go through and process and the results were amazing!! i would definitively get one for my dad too! it’s worth it
