Got this product as a gift for a friend. I personally have used one of these kits before and absolutely love it. The information they give you is just so fascinating! My friend was over the moon happy when she received it. Still haven't gotten her results back yet but there's nothing to complain about. Item was received as ordered and that's all I can really ask for.

The item was shipped quickly. The turnaround time for the sample that was sent in for DNA was good. Emails that keep you up to date on progress of DNA results helpful.
