No , power on and off on the tv it's self.. the stands, that need to be screwed in, are a pain in the butt. So tiny and frustrating! One was a success, the other is just on it's own, with the weight of the tv!. Overall, perfect small size tv.

Great Small TV

I bought it because of the price, but was surprised at how good the picture is. It is bright, clear, and even looks good when viewing it at an angle, which is important when moving around in the kitchen.

Optimal choice for the money, worth a warranty
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The other reviews were pointing me this way and the cost has come down enough to add a warranty cost for a little insurance that can replace a "lemon" if the dice rolled that way. I intended it for a second monitor and ended up using it for a bedroom TV (not my primary big screen). There goes the last of the cathode ray tubes in my world.

The timer feature is easy to use and is necessary so the tv doesn't play all night! The picture is great, the sound is ok. Excellent choice for the price I paid.

I use it as a computer monitor for basic tasks. Remote came with batteries. Power button is on back of tv which is inconvenient if not using the remote. Power button must also be held for a few seconds in order to power off, because power button is also used to cycle through inputs. This is not an issue when using remote.
