Purchased this TV for installation in our RV bedroom. It's plug n play. Resolution and sound are not a problem. Either plugged into cable or signal from the HD Antenna we had no problems at all. Great product that met our needs and was well priced...

I was updating from an old TV, no HD and very bulky. I'm so happy with the clarity and beautiful colors. Although I was supposedly getting the same size screen, this one seems so much bigger, I don't know why I waited so long to get a flat screen TV. I am very pleased with my choice - and the price was great!

I just needed a small bedroom TV to attach an indoor antenna. I mostly watch the 11:00 news and fall asleep during the newscast. Clear picture with surprising vivid color. For a small TV, you almost think it's 1080p rather than it's actual 720p. I bought it on sale and think it's the best BB purchase I may have ever made.

This item was purchased for my parents to use in their bedroom so nothing special was needed other than a decent quality tv. I had a 32" similar to this model I purchased a yr or two ago and it was very nice for the price so when I saw this one on sale, I decided to bite. From hook-up to use, no issues have been found and the overall picture quality is not bad for a lower tier model.

I picked this up because it was same price as the 19" insignia tv and uses same remote ,, these are basic tv with nice resolution and picture to just watch tv and don't need any other fancy you know what ... it may have cost 70 during the holiday sales ... and this is not the other 24" insignia model that is more expensive

This TV has a great picture and has a great price.

+ Needed a TV to fit in limited cabinet space in our kitchen. + Selected Insignia- there was quite a good depth of color in the areas of picture that were black (a suggested aspect to look for when selecting a TV--read from an electrronics article about buying TV's.) + Set is well designed; quietly fits into design of cabinets and room. + Quality of picture is still generating comments from us about picture quality and color tones. + We have only had machine for a month; from the positive experience we had with Best Buy when our microwave developed a glitch, I am not concerned with this TV. We elected to purchase an extended warranty. I've noticed that B.B. has lower prices on the cost of their warranties than other local stores, that additionally makes it easier to decide to pay the extra for ext. warranty since we personally learned how professionally they handled our returned microwave! (If this sounds like a fake review, I assure you that it is NOT.) We were so impressed with that transaction (returned item) that we have since purchased several other items (including the TV) from B.B..

Purchased this for my kitchen and I am very happy with it. Size is perfect. Sound is perfect. Picture is very good and I love that you can adjust the screen aspect depending on what you're watching. Price is certainly right. You get a lot for what you spend and Best Buy's customer service is the best.
