Couldn’t access the email that the egift went to because it went to my old business email instead of the personal email. I attempted to get support for a week and then had the option to try by text which when I did was given two different answers by two different agents. Still do not have egift code and still no refund. Best Buy ‘sells’ the codes but they can’t support customer support for them

The apple card i bought $200 stated ALREADY USED: USA iTunes/Apple e-code

they give out used Apple cards. They did not want to return the money or send replacement cards.

OK, my rating would have been very different a couple of months ago BUT Best Bey has changed their automated process in processing gift cards. The order is always easy to place but then you have to wait until you get the email. Now, if you have ordered before, and not day after day, then you quickly get the processed email to redeem the gift card which is FAN-TAB-U-LOUS! I am always running late for some birthday (or forgot) and now I can get the gift card there before I arrive and look like the Uncle Rock Star. Before I literally just circled the birthday and party and waved, then drove off because the gift card had not arrived. Sometimes, I just threw the card out the window. LOL. Also, love that Best Buy has limits on the number of gift cards you can buy to avoid people being scammed. DO NOT PAY YOUR ELECtRIC BILL With AN APPLLE GIFT CARD! Appreciate the scam warning across the process too. Significant improvement with leading technology Best Buy - Well Done!
