Gift card was fine. Cashier, young girl was not making eye contact and chatting with a.ithrr co- worker while checking me out. After this happened 3 times in 2 minutes- I looked her on the eye and said, please pay attention to me. Chatting can happen later. She made several mistakes during the transaction - even blamed me as she entered the wrong zip code and had yo start over at another register. I grew up when custoner service was important.

I'm always leery when purchasing gift cards with all the scams going on. I purchased this gift card with in-store pick-up. The staff assured me the cards are kept in the back, so they cannot be altered. I gave this as a gift with no issues. The card was secured with other orders which put my nerves at ease. I would feel confident in placing another order pick-up when it comes to gift cards with Best Buy
