This was a replacement item that I had purchased as a gift for someone so I am not the user of the item.

Purchased January 2, 2023. Stopped making ice April 1.Made good ice quickly until it stopped. Should work longer. How do you get a replacement?

I bought this ice maker at the beginning of the summer. We use it both in our camper and at home and always have ice when needed. The machine makes ice quickly and it stays in the machine until you are ready to use. Definitely a great purchase.

I should kick myself for the years that I purchased bags of ice instead of investing in this machine. It makes 2 sizes of ice cubes. You do need to put them in the freezer as soon as possible, but I am loving not running to the 7-11 every couple of days.

Our refrigerator ice maker broke and to repair It would have been well over $500.00, so we opted to purchase this ice maker for less than half the repair cost of our refrigerator ice maker. It is a perfect match for our needs!

Love this ice maker! Our fridge doesn't produce the ice like it should, this maker has been awesome. We never run of ice anymore. Produces ice fast, you can take out ice while it is making ice.

It produces a decent amount of ice at one time,and it keeps it cold until you are ready to dump it.

Makes very good ice cubes in a very reasonable amount of time. It usually takes two rounds of making ice before the cubes are in top form. Also, the colder the water you put in to the maker the quicker the ice cubes reach top form.

Much larger than expected-takes up much of the counter space.

Had an earlier model from different manufacturer that lasted 4 years. Hoping this one lasts longer. Good quick option for soft ice

Worth every penny going to buy another one for my game room

I have only had the product for about a month so I can only rate the performance for that time period. So far, the portable icemaker is working good and I am pleased with my purchase and the performance. Thank you

I got this after my landlord refused to replace the ice maker in my fridge. Works Great and I can store it away when not using.

I love this product. My refrigerator does not have an ice maker and I needed ice so I took a chance and bought this ice maker. I use it every day. It is especially good in those hot summer days.

This is my second of this machine. I use it at least 3-4 times a week. I make bags of ice each use and freeze them so I don't have to use the machine constantly. I love it! It is enough for what I need. The first one last just over a year. This time I bought the extended warranty.

We bought this ice maker to take camping with us and we use it at home as well. Its pretty sturdy and constantly spitting ice every 10 minutes or so.

The ice makes fairly quickly, it just doesn't make enough. Then it starts melting. Just didnt work for my family.

It worked great for about a Month and then the ice just stopped freezing! So i returned it back to Best Buy!

I use this daily and produces ice fast even on the large setting…Do not forget your Geek Squad warranty for this item…Just in case…
