After more than two months from the first purchase and for the third time, I had people coming to my home to install a microwave oven and a trim kit, and I still don't have the new microwave or the trim kit! To say that I'm frustrated is an understatement.

Best Buy sold this on their open box sale. They said it was “Open-Box Excellent” which means the condition looks brand new with no physical flaws, scratches or scuffs. The product was damaged and scratched. Beware this will show up again in the open box sales.

LG customer service is confusing and near impossible to get help. I have waisted HOURS on the phone and have ZERO to show but a broken LG - NeoChef 2.0 Cu. Ft. Countertop Microwave with Sensor Cooking DO not buy. Died in 10 months. Horrible service
