Defect Open Box Sent to Me for Brand New Price

There was word "OK" written on the tape on one of the parts, fingerprints all over the teim and a dent on it. I am very frustrated with this and for wasting so much of my time. This is for trim that costs a lot more than the microwave itself.

To say that I'm frustrated is an understatement.

They said it was “Open-Box Excellent” which means the condition looks brand new with no physical flaws, scratches or scuffs. The product was damaged and scratched. Beware this will show up again in the open box sales.
