Geek squad team are amazing trained, every time I need help,. right away find a solution for me.

My Samsung watch 5 broke the screen, and in 25 minutes Greek Squad solved it for me. They couldn't repair it but they gave me a new one.

Purchasing the geek squad plan is definitely worth it.

Whether asking questions, ordering online, or making in-store purchases, the customer service with a smile is something I can always count on. Quality products, great prices and protection plans, (shout out to The Geek Squad) & stellar customer service. Now, ask yourself: Does it make sense to go anyplace else? Wait until no one is looking to answer, though.

Geek Squad offered to repair my old Galaxy Watch 4 when it wasn't working or I could have it returned for a defect under the policy and get it pretty much replaced at full value. I was able to opt for a return of my old model 4 since it wasn't connecting and the replacement paid of an upgrade to the Galaxy Watch6 and a new protection policy. Well worth it in my experience!

After always avoiding the "extended warranty" on everything, that for my watch I NEEDED the Best Buy extension! Now look... I'll probably never need this extra insurance now!

This watch was very good, the only con is that sometimes the heart rate sensor seemed a bit off and took long to actually start tracking. This was mainly annoying during workouts where I wanted to maintain 120-140bpm and wanted this as proof of improving my cardio but wouldn't read it to me, otherwise, very nice, customizable, and comfy.

Great service, no waiting. I encourage you to get insurance in all your items.

Didn't need to use it this time around, but I've used it twice in the past and I am glad I had it! It's a fantastic service to have. My samsung watch just quit working one day. Charged it, went to put it back on and it was off and never turned back on since. I went to the store and they gave me full credit towards another one which I ended up spending a little more and getting the next model up. That was so awesome that I could do that. I figured a watch is something that is with me all the time and accidents do happen. In my case it wasn't even an accident, it just failed. It was still covered.
