The only reason I did not give it five stars is because the instructions are confusing, and I ended up having to look online to make sure I was using the descaling solution the correct way for my model.

Just take out the inside plastic and wash it out. Youtube for instructions. The cleaner did its job and its worth it for the filters. Alone this would costs $30. So this is a good deal on sale.

However, there were no instructions in the box. I had to go online to get YouTube instructions. The box was a tad beat up too. Some items were not necessary that were in the box depending on the type of machine.

I worked for Green Mountain and if you want to have your coffee maker at its peak, use these change the filters it’s just like a car you have to get the oil changed.

These items are a must have to maintain your Keurig and make it last longer. ESPECIALLY if you have hard water--water with lots of minerals that cause corrosion.
