Pretty good camera, many settings, need time to figure it out.

I love the way it records and the battery can be a little longer lasting especially with recording. The pictures are very 4k looking which I live for ‼️‼️❤️10/10 Nikon you can never go wrong with I absolutely love them been going strong with Nikon for 7 years now.

Well, I've been a loyal customer of Geek Squad since I got my first laptop for college back in 2008. I do not usually have issues with my products, but when I do, the Geek Squad team is generally who I rely on. And as a fail-safe, I typically purchase at minimum, a 2-year extended warranty for most electronics I purchase. It just gives me peace of mind that I cannot replace had I not chosen to protect my products. So, overall, great service and the pricing is generally always reasonable.

towards the end of my last warranty i took my camera in for a cleaning, it came back damaged. Sent it back out the issue wasn't fixed. At this point the warranty was expired. I fought to have it sent it out again and have the issue that the cleaning place broke. It came back with a cracked tempered glass protector screen. Company fought with me they just crack. Three months and had to get corporate involved to resolve the issue from the servicer which I believe was Prestige camera

Great idea to always have Geek Squad in case there's a problem. They've always been knowledgeable about the products I've purchased and if they can't fix, usually it's replaced with new. Love the Geeks!

The customer service reps inside the best buy on Brook Road were extremely helpful in narrowing down which camera to choose after realizing there were so many options Available. If it wasnt for there knowledge and help i would have ended up getting my wife a gift card

Simply, don't leave the store without warranty! OMG I would not dare. I buy my pc and devices from Bestbuy with confidence, because I know they got my back when unexpected accidents and/or malfunction occurs. The Geek Squad team, ensures that I leave their store with all my devices functioning to perfection and all my questions answered. Also they are a phonecall away! You don't have to wait an eternity to connect with an agent. With accidental Geek Squat Protection your related technicall device headaches are resolved. Ask for all their protection perks, you will love them

most times we dont get the warranty they sell for money reasons. and its fine in most cases. But when it comes to electronics and more in expensive electronics these best buy warranties can save your butt. ever since i bought a printer like 15 years ago and got the warranty which saved me and even at the end of its life got me a brand new upgraded printer for free, great deal. ever since, i get them and used them sometimes. trust me you need it specially if its an on the go equipment or if you have kids or pets. i consider myself a very cautions person and even then, accidents happen.

I have purchased Best Buy Service plans before and they have always been that extra insurance when i problem arises. I hope i dont have to use it, but good knowing I am covered if a problem occurs, especially for a large high dollar purchase.
