Purchased the tablet for my 11 yoa grandaughter, along with screen saver which we requested geek squad apply. Made an appointment, they put on the screen saver and everything went well.

So this the second table got for grand baby first 1 he destroyed i didn't have geek squad well this time i broke down and payed for the extra protein if your kid hard on toys i suggest u get this to

Easy purchase had issues with Microsoft surface pro and took in to beat but. It was determined to be a manufacturer defect and covered under standard manufacture warrenty. Because all the associate help, i fid not have to use up purchased warranty

I believe the protection is a great buy, especially when your purchasing something of great value. Why not protect your item for a few more dollars? I love that I have this if I ever need it. I did my research on how it works so in the future I will be educated on how to use it if necessary

If you have joint issues in your hands like my mom does I highly recommend in case you drop your device

I have two grandsons 4 and 5 yrs old, 5yr is on the spectrum for austim. Having his tablet working is extremely important to his happiness and comfort. Being 5 is not always a graceful age, tablets are fragile. I never have to worry if I need to replace with this warranty. It has already paid for itself.
