Always get the Geek Squad for electronics. If it breaks, they fix it. If they can't fix it, they replace it. Never any hassles.

Because my grandson is naturally destructive, it was a must to have additional protection for his Kindle Fire. Being only 6, it was an easy choice to make & price was reasonable.

Nice to have if you need it when an accident happens

Definitely get this with your items when offered. It is cheaper to purchase at the same time than it is to purchase afterwards.

My nephew broke his tablet in the first week and again the day after it was repaired...only took 5 days to get it back and delivered to my home...at no extra charge.

Overall not to happy with this purchase. The basics behind this is if the device can power on then they will work on it but if not then they will offer you an "express replacement" at a preset amount (not ran with current pricing) which in my case was 50 dollars more than the current pricing. In the end it's left to the geek squad's discretion what they do with your device and even though this protection promises a 1 time replacement battery (which is what i wanted) it is not as freely given as advertised,

A warranty for my product never had a problem with a product but always rather n safe than sorry

I bought the two year Geek Squad service plan for my tablet butI hope I never have to use it. But if I do, it's there.

Love the security of having the protection plan being that I bought the tablet for a four year old very satisfied

Had to purchase another warranty protection cause the first broke. It's good to have one just in case.

I had to replace my tablet and got the protection too and this was a perfect size and fit and price made it an even better deal.

This is the second of two recent tablet purchases I have made in which this one was a gift for my wife and I'm in peace of mind to know it is protected with geek squad .

Can not really rate this product as i have only just purchased it and not had to use it yet. Will update if i ever have to use it, but very happy with what it covers especially for a teenager.
