Great Service. I never buy an electronics item without this service, I have used it a couple times and ot has been prompt and corrected my issue.

The warranty was a good to have in case you needed it. We ended up not using the warrant but it was good to know we had it. Always good to have a back up warranty.

Great investment. I carry my laptop with me 7 days a week so things happen! Getting my laptop repaired or replaced within 2 years in a great ease of mind.

So far Geek Squad has great service. I do prefer to go in the store to talk to a Geek Squad personal, not over the phone.

Haven’t had to utilize on this product but have had to use the Geek Squad with other products in the past, which proved to be very valuable to me as a consumer.

Hoping that if I ever need to use this it is as good as my other warranties I have on other stuff.

Havent used it but feel comfortable knowing I have it just in case the laptop breaks.

I would highly recommend purchasing the extended warranty with a laptop purchase. Even if we never need the service, you are eligible for one battery replacement which makes the cost of the warranty worth it.

While this is gray to have and it save my wife’s pc. Only 4 stars cause it took so long to get it fixed and to deal with GS

The accidental protection gives me peace of mind knowing that Best Buy is behind it. Now if anything goes wrong I am locked into great protection and satisfaction. Thanks.

Haven't had to try this so far but had previous experience with geek squad that was great

We have had to use it yet but i feel confident that if the time comes the warranty will come on handy.

geek squad can fix and replace electronics with no issue. They swapped my broken Nintendo switch before and I use them for all my electronics cause I have kids at home

Buying my new laptop I felt it is worth the price of the 3 year Accidental Geek Squad Protection Plan. Things always go wrong with electronics!
