My Bissel Crosswave X7 lasted a little over a year. The motor began to fail. Thank goodness I opted for the Geek Squad 5 year warranty. I took my Bissel to my local Best Buy store and they were able to exchange it same day! What a great protection plan! Well worth the price and service.

Got this for my Dyson Aminal 11 Vacuum recently, so glad I did for the price of mind as I have had an issue with a previous version before (minor issue) and with this warranty it gets taken care of ASAP as most of the time you can exchanged if the issue can’t be fixed. I usually get geeks squad for any big purchase ticket item at beat buy becuase it’s worth it in the long run and its a decent price for the overall value of what you are getting.

I have never enjoyed buying any insurance but have always had the Geek Squad coverage and because of my lack of technology knowledge feel more comfortable with the Geek Squad. Had a bad experience at my last visit but will overlook that experience. They are not quick at getting anything done that may take only hours but they require at least a day. That is the system I guess.... leave it and wait for their text before you try to pick it up.

I have not yet needed assistance with my product, but I have seen geek squad trucks outside my apartment complex on some occasions and I know that if I need them they will be available to me without any problems

Great vacuum. Easy to use and clean. Much better than the two dysons I had to return.

Was great in the beginning. But over time the battery wouldnt keep charge as long. Great vacuum tho, battery issues aside. Make sure to purchase the protection plan! The plan is gold!!

I know most people think insurance is a scam and money down the drain. But if you answer yes to any of the following, buy and save yourself the frustration and regret! 1) Do you have kids or will they be using/near the product? 2) do you have a spouse that using products like they're in an infomercial everyday? 3) Do you want to keep all your hair? In short, its a no hassle product replacement option.

this is such an important protection to purchase. You never know when your brand new product will go wrong., Even when I tripped and fell while taking pictures and cracked my glass screen on my camera it was covered under this warranty

This is such a nice vacuum. It has a light on it and you can get ⁰ small areas with it. It's small and powerful.

When getting expensive products always get the extended warranty.

I purchased 5-Year Accidental Geek Squad Protection with my new Shark Vacuum, excellent thing to purchase in my opinion; when you have children in your home @ anytime, or even child-adults..lol I know sounds very weird.. right? But hey, we all have a little bit of a child in us at times. Everyone has gotta admit to it. & when accidents in life do occur; that's when this coverage will/ would be their definitely to back you up & protect your purchases that you made.

We have never had an issue returning an item we purchased warranty on. they have always stood by the warranty and gave us full credit towards a new item. it would be nice if they sent a reminder that our warranty was about to expire and offer an extension.

Had to use my service and it came in handy with a robo vac that was no longer working. They gave me a full credit for the purchase price as a store credit which I was able to use for a replacement

Awesome vacuum. We have hardwood floors and we use this item on a daily basis. The filters are easy to take apart and easy to clean. Great purchase.
