Geek Squad service us the best! Iorth every penny. I had an issue with a tablet and made an appointment by phone. There was no waiting and the tech resolved the problem in minutes.

I purchased a Microsoft Surface Pro 4 in January 2017 with a Geek Squad Protect and Support Plus plan in Texas. Yesterday, I took the device to Best Buy in Port Richey, FL because the screen constantly vibrated. The Geek Squad technician quickly diagnosed the problem, determined that the item was not repairable, and gave me a gift card for the amount of my original purchase. I would definitely recommend the purchase of a Protect and Support plan. It saved me. I was able to go home with the perfect 2 in 1 laptop with another Protect and Support Plus plan.

Inalways recommended extra protection. Its better to be safe than sorry and in the event you need the service the response time is immaculate

The protection plan is worth what you pay for it. If they cannot fix the item, they replace it.

We purchased an add 2 yr warranty for the computers. However when we toom wife's 2 ur old computer to be cleaned-we have had NOTHING but problems w the computer. It was dropped-noone told us. Battery damage & replaced BUT was not keeping charged...after 3-4x taking it back..the WHOLE OS was checked & wiped cleaned. Every thing was lost & even the flash drive we purchased was lost. We are not happy w the service that has been provided ti my wife's computer. We are hoping that there is NO OTHER damage to comp & if so we will continue to complain & a new comp will be demanded.

haven't had to use this as of yet. From what I have heard depending on the issue. should be easy. Some geek squad employees are better than others. Most are gamer type and don't really know much more that what a computer can do outside of gaming

This was not my purchase, my son got it as a present for his brother, and he loves it. We first got a refurbished on but it did not work, Chase at the Warner Robins store helped us a worked with us to find the perfect tablet. Great product.

Its a Good tablet I got them for my kids and they like it for games and for videos

I used to be a person who thought buying the protection plans or as some call it the "extended warranty" was an absolute waste of time. That isn't the case with Best Buy, they cover more and make it a walk in the park to exchange or repair. I ALWAYS get the warranties on electronics now. Companies don't make durable products like they used to and that's ok because they are trying to make everything convenient and I feel like its at the cost of longevity.

Best Buys Geek squad service is outstanding. Everything that I buy from Best Buy I get the service plan with it so I know that I'm protected. They are great at honoring their service plans. I highly recommend getting a service plan.

This is probably a good investment. I've had several broken laptops that had I purchased an extended warranty would have likey been repaired in less than a week. However, skipping out on a warranty meant that I had to order replacement parts and do my own labor. I can fix a computer fast but ordering the correct replacement parts can take time. A warranty allows you to just drop off your device and pick it up much faster. You live and learn.

This is a great tablet for the price. More bang for your buck over iPad. The fact that it comes with the pen is stellar! Bright screen and good battery life along with a light weight should put this device at the top of your list if you're shopping for a tablet. Performance is good as I never saw any lag. I mostly use it for reading, watching movies or TV while on the treadmill, quick internet lookups and note-taking at work.

it cost me 120 + tax and 40 for geek squad 1 year that really is not so good because well it already comes with a 1 year manufacturer, 40 is steep considering 1 year and so much for that- should be like 3 year, so Best Buy... I always get a fair deal w/bb geek but I had 1 weird 1 where my phone had a problem and (long time ago) i had a 2 year i went there and they told me it wasn't through geek squad but through boast even though they pointed out to me that it indeed say geek on the receipt. All the memories of that one or vague but I was let down. And just the same way on a vinyl player at wal-mart the same way. Those two times were terrible but I doubt that will happen to you. I recommend though unlike me take your proof and call the upper powers because they do listen though. i give them a 4 stars for this product price. But geek squad is usually always 5
