i personally advise anyone buying a major appliance to get the geek protection plan because you never know when you will need it and having this plan can save you thousands

The delivery people were very professional and careful with our new frig. They carefully loaded and carried it to the terrace level of the house. Installed the frig and gave us a quick run down of how to flush the water dispenser and ice maker before using it.

As I say, Greek Squad Protection is a must plus have because you never know when your purchase is going to break down or have some kind of malfunction and you end up paying way more than it cost to repair..so with the geek squad protection plan..you have NOTHING!!! to worry about..and you could be low on funds so having the geek squad protection is a must plus have..i have experience not having a protection and i said NEVER AGAIN!!! I'm getting the Geek Squad Protection Plan so that i can be STRESS FREE!!!

The agents that delivered our wash machine went out of their way to additionally re-connect our dryer exhaust (no charge) as they noticed it had come detached in the back and was very difficult for me to get at as I have knee and shoulder impairments. The team was in and out within an hour for the hookup. They wore masks and were professional in appearance and service. The sales manager talked us into buying the larger 5.0 cu ft model as it was more than sufficient to handle the load of a comforter as well - something us guys don't really take into account when purchasing a wash machine. That was a great piece of advice that only cost an additional $45. Thank You Alex!

One never knows what will go wrong. Used to be you just plugged in an appliance and it worked "forever." Not any more. Although I always buy good brands that have great reviews, I have had minor/major issues over several appliances that required service after the manufacturers warranty ran out. Though not cheap, the extended 5 yr. protection plan has been well worth it for me and have saved me more than the cost of the plan.

I called the Geek Squad the day after installation of my Maytag Refrigerator. I noticed white specs I thought were pieces of shipping styrofoam. They were nicks (scratches). The Representative informed me of my options, and resolved the matter.

The geek squad service is great but the only thing i didnt lik is the the gentleman who came out was not honest because we were suppose to get a refund and he put our refund towards a 5 year warranty on our refrigerator which we did not need necause we already purchased the geek squad protection.

The best feature is that the interior water dispenser and bottom drawer ice maker allow for a very large space available in the fridge. Purchased this to minimize the failure of the ice maker, which we had issues with in the past. So far it has worked as expected.

Really nice fridge. day one I had a issue with leak inside the fridge that lasted a couple weeks. Samsung customer service thought it was the filter. It was replaced and we still had the leak. Turned out to be a piece the hold the filter that was cracked. Samsung did pretty well to get the issue fixed with no charge. I don’t have any issue now.

We did extensive research before purchasing a refrigerator. We discovered that regardless of what brand you purchase, the most frequent part to need repair is the icemaker. In fact, several salesman told us that if you own the refrigerator for long enough, it's only a matter of time before that icemaker gives out! We actually wanted to purchase a refrigerator without an icemaker for that reason, but finding one of good quality without the icemaker proved to be especially challenging. And because we had just suffered the loss of our current refrigerator, we realized how tough it is to be without that particular appliance! The price of the protection plan was definitely worth the peace of mind for us. I love the fact that it even covers food loss. The geek squad has proven to be friendly and expeditious. We would purchase it again!

The agents delivered installed and explained all the features of our new LG refrigerator. While doing so they were pleasant, friendly and professional. They took as ling as was needed for us feel good about our purchase.

I hope I never need this service but I got it just in case my refrigerator acts up.

Hopefully i won't ever have to use it! The price was reasonable and it provides me peace of mind.

So far so good no issues yet. But i hope when and if i do everything goes smoothly.
