This was a gift I bought for my parents and they absolutely love their fridge!

i had this unit for three great year. this is an adorable fridge to behold, my only flaws is where the ice n water dispenser. over time, the water drops started to have cosmetic wears. i got the new family hub bespoke and i know it will be amazing. the family hub will remain my best fridge

I purchased the 5 year plan for my samsung fridge i bought as a discontinued model. I had two separate issues with it. (Both common problems after a little reasearch) and geek squad setup a feild tech to come and diagnose and order/replace the necessary parts to fix it. Both times have easily paid for itself. I recommend it to anyone making big purchase.

I don't think I've ever bought one of these before. Always thought WHY? If it past the warranty it would last. Not so much anymore. Especially reading reviews on Refrigerators Apparently they are only build to last 7-10 year with lots of issues. Hopefully it will be a waste of money but at least I have a bit of peace of mind

2 years I purchased a refrigerator from a company that will remain nameless, got the warranty; however 9 months later my refrigerator goes out over $400 GONE! They're warranty does not replace food/medicine etc... So this was a driving factor to purchase my refrigerator from Best Buy, i love the benefits they offer woth their warranty

The delivery team had to remove the doors to my refrigerator so it would fit through the door! They did this efficiently and with positive attitudes. My new refrigerator was delivered without a scratch thanks to the careful trip through the narrow doorway.

Always get Geek Squad extended warranty on high dollar purchases. Easy to add during purchase and easy to use - one phone call for all covered items, no looking for various manufacturers warranty phone numbers, etc.!

Amazing fridge , very spacious and enough to keep grocery for a while . The shelves are long and strong to hold many items . Easy to remove and clean also . Also easy to wipe the front without staining it . Overall the fridge works well and I’m glad i purchased this .

Geek Squad to the rescue! So glad I bought the Geek Squad Protection Plan along with a refrigerator I purchased last year (2022). The fridge has failed twice since then and each time I called Geek Squad, their team handled getting a service repair company scheduled in a quick and efficient manner.

This is a very nice icebox. I really like the modern aleek look on the outside with bo dorr handles. The inside is good and so is the freezer. Only reason i didnt give it five stars is because i would have gone for more fridge space.

Great, very helpful and informative. Just wish I would’ve gotten the 5 yr warranty. 2nd time I’ve had this issue with my Samsung smarthub refrigerator and they took care of it right away.

I was told it’s an in house warranty, haven’t used it and hope I never have to. lol.

Love my new refrigerator. Very pricey but worth it. I've only had it for a few weeks but love everything about it. Had Geek Squad install and it was great. Love the auto fill infusion pitcher. Love the middle drawer which you can adjust the temperature, using it for beverages and they are the perfect temperature. Love the adjustable shelves. Love the sleek no handle look. Highly recommend.

I buy the 5 years on all my appliances l lost a tv because a part went bad they came to my house found the problem said they didn’t make that part anymore so l got a brand new TV

Hoping my warranty pays off. Got it to be worry free. Hoping it is hasslefree too. Time will tell. Haven’t used it yet.

Love this fridge! So much space - LOVE having the ice maker on the door rather than taking up shelf space. I was hesitant on “smudge free” but it fights off sticky hands and wet doggie noses with ease. The led lights are amazing and offer so much light. Love that it’s on the front of the fridge rather than the back - impossible to cover the light. Only thing that could make it better would be a light for the water/ice dispenser.
