A MUST! I buy Geek Squad with anything that is an electronic - anytime I have had a problem - they are fast, efficient and worth it! Coverage is transferable too - handy!I highly recommend getting this for any electronic that gets used often or constantly. Washer/Drier/TV/Computer/Tablet... etc. Do not regret it!

geek squad was a reasonable price. we have used it before. We know we made a good purchase to protect our new amazing fridge. The service at best buy rocks so we aren't worried because we know we will be covered.

Our product broke the first year, Geek Squad told us to contact the manufacturer for repair. We got a full refund for product from Manufacturer. When we asked for our Geek Squad money back, they took money out for the first year of use. We said we didn’t use it. They said it didn’t matter and the GS warranty started the day of purchase. We argued that we used the manufacturer warranty. So you pay for 5 years but GS only warranty’s it 4 years and you use the manufacturer warranty the first year.

Definitely a great deal in protecting our appliances

I have to say the Geek Squad warranties have been great! I have had to use them through the years on a couple of items and there are never any hassle or question when needed. The staff is always great to work with. I never buy any produce wihtout the purchase of the warranty offered.

Helped me when i needed them anytime. Everyone was super nice and patient. Wverh question was answered. My fridge tore up and they helped get me in the right place if they werent able to help me with a specific thing.

excellent refrigerator, we bought it and before the shipping day we re-measured the width of the door and it didn't fit, we had to cancel the order and buy a somewhat smaller one at Best Buy. The attention at Best Buy is very good.

Love this fridge! The beverage center and ice trays are new to me and I dont think I will ever want a fridge without these features again!

Good customer service by geek squad when we had to call them to return and replace the fridge due to installer creating a dent on the middle portion while delivering the item.

My first Amana Refrigerator delivered had some scratches inside, door seal wouldn't seal & bottom bracket didn't like. Best Buy was happy to exchange & deliver my GE refrigerator I upgraded to. So far everything is perfect. (Day 1)

Brand new dishwasher received with defective handle. We live in a rural town so no factory reps available and no local Best Buy (miles away). They made provisions for me to have the part ordered and installed by a local appliance repair store in our little town. Geek Squad had me pay the local person and they reimbursed me via a debit card for the full amount of the repair. Worked like a charm. Thanks.

I just purchased a new General Electric refrigerator for my home and Best Buy had the best bang for the buck!!

The crew installed our refrigerator in 30 minutes. That included changing out part of the water connection and getting it started up, wiping it down & some instructions on its use. Very pleased!

I love the room inside I don't think I have ever seen a refrigerator with so much room inside, the only bad thing about it is that there is no light near the were the water comes out.

If you have ever had a big purchase go wrong, you’ll know this is a good idea. Warranties/protection plans can seem like an added cost for something abstract - until your appliance breaks down randomly and you are left to cover a huge repair/replacement cost. Wise to spend a few extra bucks now rather than hundreds or thousands later.

We replaced our old dishwasher last year with a Maytag which we love, but the motor quit working. While that is rare, we're so glad we had our Geek Squad protection. We contacted them and within a few days it was fixed and running smoothly. We haven't had any issues since. The tech guys were efficient and friendly. We'd recommend this to anyone getting appliances to include their added coverage.

We will have to wait and see how they cover the warranty, hoping for the best

Perfect refrigerator for my 91 year old mother. The adjustable shelves and freezer options allow her limited mobility access.

This may be the only way to get BB attention. I've recently purchased this fridge for my rental house at the store with my rewards number and the purchase shows up, as does the purchase of the 5 year plan, but it doesn't show under my Geek squad plans and services. I have to hunt for it. and the receipts are only on there for two years. What will I do then? It happened with a stove I bought a little over a year ago.
