Bought a refrigerator and it was leaking after install.I called Geeksquad And made appointment but had to wait 2 weeks. I thought it should have been faster. They came out day of appointments and fixed fridge real quick. Very happy with the repair job that they did.i would recommend Geeksquad but they should hire more employees to cut down on the wait time.

I bought the extra 3 year plan. You can never have to much protection. My mind is at ease because now i have 5 years altogether. This refrigerator has 3 drawer compartments with water, ice machine ,plus a water diffuser that fills automatically. With any electronics always be protected.

I don’t spending the money for additional coverage, it’s a piece of mind. Repair costs are high & having the extra coverage is a plus.

We had a 3-year protection plan on the range which we had to replace. I am quite happy we purchased a 3-year standard Greek Squad Protection plan.

I mean for the price, it’s a great value. $79 will cover my freezer contents due to malfunction? That’s worth it right there

Well I am not one to normally buy the extended warranty but this one really worked out. We bought a fridge and the power went out. After that it never really worked perfectly and after calling the service department took care of everything. No charge replacement!

Glad l bought the Geek extra warranty. Peace of mind when l need it.

excellent product plenty of space inside, the only bad thing is that the bottom door almost reaches the ground and hits your foot if you are too close.

Easy pickup and a great value for a freezer. The fact that they replace food if it breaks is a real plus.

I love the Geek Squad protection plan. It covers my new fridge for anything that goes wrong for five years. If they can't fix it, they replace it. i would not consider buying a major appliance without a protection plan.

I purchased this refrigerator earlier this year and it makes loud noises inside of it when doors are open and shut. The freezer is not airtight and frozen water droplets are all along the top of the inside edge

Looks worth the purchase for high ticket items. Our last fridge compressor stopped working, so we are getting coverage this time on the new fridge, just in case. Hope to never need it.

I can’t stress enough how important it is to get warranties for any type of electronic. Best Buy makes it easy for me to take anything back in and get a replacement or a easy fix!

We purchased the extended warranty and are soooo glad we did. Sorry but refrigerators are NOT made like they used to be. Cheep parts. BUY the warranty. BB/Geek Squad are the best. No hassle to get the repairs.

Beware of these service plans, these types of "warranties" seem harder and harder to use. I have normally purchased my large appliances from Best Buy because of the service plans, but I am considering going elsewhere in the future. Fridge has been having an issue and I called to get the fridge serviced, they tell me that the fridge has a warranty with the manufacturer for 10 years parts and 5 years labor. I spent two hours trying to get ahold of Whirlpool and finally talking to them they confirm that but the warranty does not cover the service call to see what is wrong with the fridge, so I am geek squad tells me this time they won't authorize the service call without a RMA number that I need to get from the manufacturer, so I have to waste more time now to get this information. I was a big believer of Best Buy and Geek Squad, this has changed by this whole experience.

Love Best Buy warranty. Would recommend over and over
