When buying appliances it is recommended to buy an extended warranty on the product especially when you are putting the appliances into rental units. Renter are usually P IGs and don't care about using an appliances that they do not own. Just a thought

They came out right away when I had an issue with my dryer. And since it wasn't working properly they made the progress of replacing it very easy. After this I will be buying all my major appliances with Greek Squad Protection. Its worth the money.

this is a necessary item. My prior fridge had a lot of issues with its ice maker and without this service i would have had a lot of troubles. In the end they refunded me my money to buy a new fridge.

not terribly easy to access service, don't know whether it is a function of pandemic & not as many people working but takes a long time to reach someone

I haven’t had any issues with my purchase but if the delivery and hauling away are any signs of what to expect then I am doomed

always a good thing to have an extra warranty. i have that,plus they repair at my home or replace it.

So fa i haven't used it but it's a good comfort that i have it... it's gives me a piece of mind....

We love the four types of ice! There is also plenty of space even though it’s a counter-depth fridge.

Best Buy has the best protection plans out there. I had use get a TV repaired and since they couldn’t repair it. They replaced it and gave me the exact value of the TV that I paid for it 3 years earlier. I now buy geek squad protection on all items!

They are helpful. When I call for service they set a date and are on time when they come to the house. They fix everything I have called them on.

Bought the refrigerator as a gift for my mother. Very spacious for its size. The all black exteroir is shiney and easy to clean. Overall, the refrigerator looks and works great!

Always great to have competent people handling your precious gear. And GEEK SQUAD always delivers on care and quality.

Haven't had to use this and hopefully won't need too!! It is nice for the piece of mind and not having to renew the manufactures warranty every year. I only buy these for big ticket items and only had to used this warranty once before and was pleased with the experience.

So far so good. Have not had any issues with our new appliance, but feel great knowing that we have the Geek Squad ready to come out an help as needed.
