I love the geek squad protection. The will take as long as necessary to get everything just right and explain ahead of time what they are goung to do so no surprises

Probably never happen, but just in case it breaks down two days after the manufacturer's warranty expires.

This is a great added protection to your purchase. I have had to take advantage of this when my product stopped working and Best Buy is great to work with and loads of communications along the way.

I’m so confused. I bought an Insignia refrigerator in Oct 2020. The freezer fan is starting to get super noisy. I’m so disappointed. I have the Geek Squad plan but when I called they said I have to come into the store to set up an exchange. They transferred me over to Insignia. Insignia said I need a GSS number? I was on hold for over 30 min. I just want my fridge fixed. I love it otherwise. So frustrated.

We always get extra coverage on expensive appliances. This has always worked out for us when an appliance goes out after a couple of years for some reason.

We like that we could get extend coverage for the appliance and it will give piece of mind !

Haven’t used yet, but the confidence in knowing any issues will be resolved makes it worth it.

The usage area is very wide. It holds all the food and drinks. The cold water and ice machine works very well.

They are trustworthy people ..they are very professional when we speak about handling all products issues

I purchased this in case I need it. The plan will cover any issues that I am worried about in the future. I normally dont buy warranties but this one is perfect

I compared several protection plans. This one beats HHGregg and Lowe's by miles. Sears is beyond expensive. This plan made the final decision for my place of purchase, because it was better and cheaper. Everyone is willing to match prices, but the protection plan is not something anyone can match.

The Geek Squad in the Norman, Oklahoma are very professional, presents products in a way you can understand, very helpful and courteous ‼️

So far have not had to use the warranty, which I am perfectly fine with of course. Nice piece of mind if we do in the future.

I had issues with my dryer but I got the protection service for 5 years and they are amazing.. Got my dryer working again
