The agent brought the fridge and installed. Unfortunately, there was a small dent in the fridge.

I haven't had to use this yet but am so happy i bought this.

This items came just as i thought and we love it!!

Because of the expense of the refrigerator and the fact that it was a built in unit I felt it was prudent to purchase Best Buy's extended warranty.

Purchased this extended warranty protection when I purchased my LG Refrigerator. Reasonably Priced at Best Buy. Haven't had to use it but it's good to have if needed.

The guys safely delivered my freezer and put in the designated space and set it up to make sure everything worked perfectly. Great job. No dents, no bumps, no broken parts.

They came on in took only minutes to hook up with no problems.

Bought this on a open box refrigerator... fridge looked great but you never know what could of happened between it being opened, returned and put back out for sale. That's a lot of back and forth. Now I'm not too worried about it because I know I'm covered.

This plan that I purchase is a reasonable price and they come once a year to check it ,besides if you need to make an appointment for a repair

It was a no brainer. Freezer was $50 off, 5 year warranty $70, so it was like i got a 5 year warranty for only $20.

Hopefully the time will not come to use this but it was priced at a fair price. I like that the team from the store will answer service calls instead of a third party.

I found this protection plan useful Incase something happens after 15 days return window.

The 5-year protection plan seems good for durable goods (like refridgerators) - I've had shorter plans for other products and have not had to use them because there have not been problems with the products. I assume that BestBuy provides the service it propmises.

We love the fridge so a 5 yr. Warranty was a must for us due to our heavy use.

Great customer service, it is worth getting protected had issues in the pass and they don’t make it complicated but easy and fast to fix!

Anytime there is an issue it’s always good to have purchased a warranty. I haven’t needed it but I’m glad I purchased it. Anything man made can brake.
