With the way products do not last like they used to, I always get the warranties. All of them have paid for themselves.

It is great to have this, hopefully we wont need to use it. This is must have for any major appliance buy.

I hope I never need it, but when a refrigerator costs over $3k I feel like it's a good value. The geek squad seems to always go the extra mile to make customers happy.

In todays market all electronics are disposable and problematic. if you do not know how to fix them yourself, then the Geek Squad is the way to go. They have made adjustments or corrected many problems over the first 6 months of the warranty.

Ya Never Know. Warranty extension is well worth the cost for the IF in life. Just a service call would meet your investment in an extended warranty. Worth every penny.

I have always been pleasantly surprised at the geek squad coverage and will continue to purchase it for big purchases! This one in particular is on our fridge!

We have been without a correctly functioning fridge for 4 months now. No one in customer service seems to care that there is no solution in sight. One service tech has already 'repaired' the issue and a week later the same problem was back. NUMEROUS service techs have no-called/no-showed or cancelled last minute appointments with us. Today, customer service informed me they would love to reschedule the tech visit (from today, 8/5 that was a no-show), but they can't because there are no available appointment options. It is ridiculous to expect your customer to go 4+ months without a functioning fridge with NO END in sight. Do better, geek squad.

I live a distance from Best Buy in Morgan County. When we have had a problem with our appliances we make a phone call and have exceptional service. Great service and the technicians are well trained.

No other way to go, in my opinion, than with extra warranty. Especially when it is from Geek Squad; I have always found them to be personable, professional, and thorough.

The agents delivered and mounted my device and connected my soundbar. They also instructed me on how to use them. They also fine tuned my computer. Its now running much faster.

Haven’t had to use the warranty as of yet the fridge is to new.

So much room! The middle drawer is just wonderful for my 92 year old Mom. All her snacks where she can reach them without hunting. Love the freezer on the bottom with the extra drawer for smaller items.
