The shelves are not as sturdy as my old refrigerator.

I really like the fact that extra coverage for items purchased are offered!

We got the extended warranty on our 2 refrigerators because the ice makers always seems to go out before the refrigerator. We have learned this through years of experience. It pays for itself.

We always purchase the extended warranties with any major purchase. The Geek Squad was a savior when we purchased our Sansung refrigerator several years ago due to ice maker.

I usually don't bother with these plans but I have 3 friends who bought new fridges all of which broke down in the second or third year of ownership. I am learning from their mistakes and getting a plan in place. Better safe than sorry

Sadly, even high-quality major appliances are not built to last like they used to. The geek squad protection plan is worth every penny.

Best Buy geek squad protection is the best warranty and a must for any purchase. They replace faulty products or replace it no questions ask. Better than manufacturers warranty.

the price for the three year contract from best buy was a lot less than the price from the refrigerator manufacturer

My warranty was deleted some how during the exchange process. But, after a few hours, Best Buy rectified the issue. They serviced my fridge and it’s like new. No issues, thereafter.

I guess it’s pretty cool. Never needed it for a fridge. I use it on my Xbox controllers all the time. Basically just trade them in when worn out.

My TV was installed with a greatest of care and everything was explained to me in detail. My freezer was delivered and installed with the same amount of care and concern.

I have not had to use the plan. But better safe than sorry. I did read reviews from people and they recommended as refrigerator had problems down the line.

The delivery/installation people were great. They hooked up the ice maker and levelled the refrigerator.

We always feel better knowing that when the manufacturer's one year warranty expires, the protection continues. Haven't had to use for this item...yet.

I had one bad refrigerator and it was super easy to get get squad to help me out. Without it I would of been spending alot more money to buy a new one
