Bought this service product to help in case something goes wrong with new items

Very professional. Called when they were on their way and wore masks when they got here. Removed and installed washer/dryer in no more than 30 minutes.

They always follow through and repair or replace problems.

Why not have something that in case something does go wrong they can either fix or replace it?

The cheapest insurance policy for appliances on the market!

The washer is great size, however when washing it makes a slight squeaky sound.

I have yet to use this I am going to be calling in a couple of days and will return back to let you guys know how the service was crossing fingers they can help me with my problem that I am having!

With some electronics the cost of replacing the item (or getting an upgrade by buying a new version of the product) is financially wiser than buying a protection plan. However, with the life expectancy of a clothes dryer, we believe the warranty was worth the price.
