I got the extended warranty for my front load washer. After I was getting an error problem and it would not get rid of all the water I called Geek Squad for warranty help. They showed up and fixed it. No problems afterwards.

This little washer was perfect for my needs. I spent weeks looking for a portable dishwasher once I moved into my new place. It was a pain in the rear to unbox but once I got the dishwasher into place and installed the faucet adapter I was ready to go. I hooked it up and turned on the water and was immediately soaked by a spray of water from the adapter. Whoops. Removed and reinstalled with various included washers several times. I really had to crank on the adapter to get it to handle the water pressure and the flow of water from the tap is kind of out of control now, but hey, I’m never hand washing dishes again so I don’t care. With quality detergent, this dishwasher absolutely cleans the dirtiest of dishes. It can even sanitize. The run times are pretty long on higher settings and I’m betting the power consumption goes up just as much, but the standard setting is 90 minutes and cleans everything I put in it while using a shockingly small amount of water. At the end of a cycle it steams the remaining water and all you have to do is let the steam out and viola, dry-ish clean dishes. It’s a bit cramped inside so I had to learn how to properly load it, same as any dishwasher. RTFM. If you just put dishes in any old way it won’t clean properly. The largest pots, pans and casserole dishes don’t fit as well or not at all so temper expectations and expect to still have to hand wash the largest of your kitchen cookware, though I admit to being surprised by what I have stuffed inside of this machine. The top rack also has its own washer arms so it has to mate with a water outlet in the back of the washer. If you don’t check that this is properly seated then the door won’t close fully and you may damage something. I haven’t damaged anything yet after months of heavy use but if there is a failure point anywhere on this machine, it might be me breaking something by closing the door too enthusiastically while the top rack isn’t fully seated. For apartment or trailer park living, this dishwasher is perfect. I love the counter space it adds to my kitchen by virtue of having a built-in countertop. I can wheel it around easily and don’t have to hand wash dishes every day so the fact that it looks nice while it does a good job of washing them for me is just icing on the cake. Docked a star for issues with the adapter and a finicky top rack.

This is a great range! This is my first Samsung range, and my first range to have an air fryer. It’s very easy to clean. I like how easily the glass top is wiped down with just soap and water.

Service is worthwhile. I e used geek squad before dnd now purchase it every time. It saves me a lot of money once.

I have been using this gas range for almost 2 1/2 years and I love it as much today as when it was brand new. Great oven and burner capacity and easy to clean.

Though nobody wants to experience a failure of an appliance, our Geek Squad coverage has saved our butts. Living in a rural location, it is nearly impossible to obtain repairs. GS has replaced our applicance more than once. We paid nothing for the replacement including parts and delivery, and only spent money on the new GS coverage.

I am a huge fan of the Best Buy warranty plan, or, as I like to call it, the "it's not my problem" warranty. If it stops working during the warranty period, I just take it back for a full refund or replacement. That's it. No dealing with some factory tech support. No telephonic trouble shooting. Just take it back.

I would not recommend anyone to purchase Best Buy Installation services. They installed a refrigerator in my house however they installed incorrectly and cause water damage to my home. Best Buy later denied installing the refrigerator although my paperwork and home cameras shows they did. The deliver team lied about installing the refrigerator. After being a Best Buy customer and rewards member for over 20 I have decided to never use Geek Squad or Best Buy installation services EVER AGAIN
