About 6 months we purchased This Model to replaced a older Kitchenaid refrigerator we have used 20 years and still works but want a new one while we remodeled our kitchen. I just love this refrigerator seems to be built well and its well designed. Its ice machine is much faster than our older one and it is super quite you cant tell it os even on.

Appointment for repair was so easy to arrange that it was at my preferred time.

The guys did a great job installing my oven. They were friendly & made sure everything worked & that the oven was level. We haven't had to use the extended warranty & i hope we don't. But I have had to use them on other items, & it has always been easy & straight forward. I always get a new item for the broken ones. Not sure how it will work with a stove though.

The Protection Plan does what it says. No questions asked. A must have for all my products!

purchased this extended warranty for the new microwave and hopefully I will not need it. Previous microwave only lasted about 2 years so maybe it will be worth the 99 dollars for a 5 year coverage

When you spend money for major appliances, you should get the protection. Geek Squad does an excellent job.

We had a 5 year warranty on our previous over the range microwave (a Bosch) , which turned out to be a lemon. It broke 4 times during the first two years. In the end, Best Buy refused to repair it and we could instead buy a new one for the amount we had paid for the Bosch. Since we did not lose anything except the waiting time of being without a microwave while waiting for the repair, we decided to buy another 5-years warranty for the replacement we bought (a GE microwave this time). Even if we would not need to use the warranty, it certainly gives me peace of mind to know that I will have free repairs for 5 years if needed.

It's worth it if your product completely fails you within the warranty period, but the effort required to submit a claim is exhausting, is exhausting

Bought open box dishwasher with all of its features. Purchased extended warranty to ensure that it will work for the next 3 years. Good Price, and provides me peace of mind. Would do it again

Hopefully we will never need this. Sad when you buy an LG fridge, stove, etc. listed for thousands they only warranty it for a year. New manufacturing motto is make them to break them. Where is the quality of the past where the Maytag repair man has no work…? Very sad…

I love this refrigerator/freezer with french doors and icemaker. The price was perfect, not over the edge. If you are in the maerket for a nerw refrigerator/freezer, this is the one to buy. Oh, almost forgot, it has a water filter, you can purchase one and set it up for automatic billing and they will send it however many months you request.

This protection is such peace of mind because it’s very expensive to fix any electrical issues pertaining to TVs etc.. The technicians at Best Buy are awesome.
