Our LG dishwasher is the best we’ve ever owned, quiet, powerful, and easy to load. The sleek, fingerprint-resistant design looks great in our kitchen and is simple to keep clean. We haven’t needed the Geek Squad warranty, but it’s nice peace of mind knowing it’s there. In the past, their service has been easy to use and dependable. Overall, we couldn’t be happier!

Geek squad is top notch! I buy protection on every item I buy at Best Buy! It’s so worth it! My brand new dishwasher has a few issues and geek squad is helping me to exchange it for a different one! Geek squads the best!

I always get the extended warranty...it is best in class...although customer service can use some additional training, the result is as expected...Have not have to use it for my new stove but have for other purchases!

Burners have been problematic from dry early on (like 2 months of use). One of the larger burners only worked intermittently and we had it repaired under factory warranty. The 2 large burners simply run hot. There is not light simmer possible—everything needs babysitting. I have to turn burner on and off or remove from heat to maintain a true low temp. The warming center hasn’t worked for months. Positive note…the oven is fantastic! Great settings, accurate temperature, no door leaks and it cleans easily:)

Great product and the Best price ever! I love the stove. This is the first one like this I’ve ever owned and it’s really good.I love the air fry feature in the oven and it’s really nice. The extra drip pan in the oven is also an added bonus!!

I got the extended warranty for my front load washer. After I was getting an error problem and it would not get rid of all the water I called Geek Squad for warranty help. They showed up and fixed it. No problems afterwards.

Having a full warranty gives you peace of mind and support if you need it. They're easy to contact and hassle-free. When you compare price and coverage, it's definitely worth it.

I add geek squad to all of my Best Buy purchases, after having needed it in the past. Easy to use and saves me a lot of money, when I needed to replace a faulty stove.

This is a great range! This is my first Samsung range, and my first range to have an air fryer. It’s very easy to clean. I like how easily the glass top is wiped down with just soap and water.

I would not recommend anyone to purchase Best Buy Installation services. They installed a refrigerator in my house however they installed incorrectly and cause water damage to my home. Best Buy later denied installing the refrigerator although my paperwork and home cameras shows they did. The deliver team lied about installing the refrigerator. After being a Best Buy customer and rewards member for over 20 I have decided to never use Geek Squad or Best Buy installation services EVER AGAIN

Works good,quiet, only thing is the handle catches the light and makes it look dented. Not the prettiest,. I had to order it on line and if I had seen it in the store probably wouldn't have bought

Though nobody wants to experience a failure of an appliance, our Geek Squad coverage has saved our butts. Living in a rural location, it is nearly impossible to obtain repairs. GS has replaced our applicance more than once. We paid nothing for the replacement including parts and delivery, and only spent money on the new GS coverage.

First off ill need to say it looks awesome in the kitchen being stainless steel. The large oven makes it easy to cook more than one casserol at s time. The wifi snd voice control feature is great(and has a app u can download to control as well) . The burners heat within seconds . Its the fastest i seen water boil. It has a large drawer to fit extra pans snd the bread proof is nice also . You just push a button as well as this keeps mesls warm to. Over sll this is a great buy i have nothing negative to say about it. I would definatley reccommend it.

Haven't needed it and hope I never will but you never know and Summer Rae Worsham recommended having it. Great sales advisor. Thanks Ms. Worsham.

Service is worthwhile. I e used geek squad before dnd now purchase it every time. It saves me a lot of money once.

I am a huge fan of the Best Buy warranty plan, or, as I like to call it, the "it's not my problem" warranty. If it stops working during the warranty period, I just take it back for a full refund or replacement. That's it. No dealing with some factory tech support. No telephonic trouble shooting. Just take it back.
