I would not recommend anyone to purchase Best Buy Installation services. They installed a refrigerator in my house however they installed incorrectly and cause water damage to my home. Best Buy later denied installing the refrigerator although my paperwork and home cameras shows they did. The deliver team lied about installing the refrigerator. After being a Best Buy customer and rewards member for over 20 I have decided to never use Geek Squad or Best Buy installation services EVER AGAIN

Works good,quiet, only thing is the handle catches the light and makes it look dented. Not the prettiest,. I had to order it on line and if I had seen it in the store probably wouldn't have bought

The Geek Squad is always so helpful every time we use their services. I never walk away without a new tidbit of use knowledge. Example, they always have little helpful tips on navigating through the Best Buy app to get things done and save me time! Thank You Geek Squad!

I also bought this service for my LG OLED 65"...I advise to spend the money and lose the worry

You cant go wrong by having the best team around you in time of needing to fix something.

Hopefully we will never have to use it, but it's good to know we are protected

First off ill need to say it looks awesome in the kitchen being stainless steel. The large oven makes it easy to cook more than one casserol at s time. The wifi snd voice control feature is great(and has a app u can download to control as well) . The burners heat within seconds . Its the fastest i seen water boil. It has a large drawer to fit extra pans snd the bread proof is nice also . You just push a button as well as this keeps mesls warm to. Over sll this is a great buy i have nothing negative to say about it. I would definatley reccommend it.

We tried to have our 20 yr old over the counter microwave repaired. Sadly, it was dead, Jim. He strongly recommended getting the extended warranty for ANY new appliance, as new units are just not made to be a durable as those from 20 years ago.
