The refrigerator works well. Just started having trouble with the bottom freezer. Called, spoke to an agent, came out quickly and was told what was wrong. Repair is coming. Thanks for quick response. Still love my fridge.

as an owner of an old house, i do not have many choices and this fridge was perfect. I was able to get it in through the narrow hallway and place it in the kitchen. the fact that there are no handles, it helped with having a decent size fridge that does not take up a lot of space. as far as performance, it is an excellent fridge. the price is much higher than larger fridges, but with not many options, this was the best. Happy wife Happy life

So glad I purchased this warranty. It was actually used soon after the purchase of a refrigerator which was defective, and froze all of our food.

Although I haven’t had to use Geek Squad’s service yet, I’ve had a great experience so far. Purchasing the 3-year warranty for my Insignia 7 Cu. Ft. Upright Freezer was quick and hassle-free. I'm finally getting around to a review after buying this last spring. I bought this for maximum easy storage for everything out of my garden and meat storage.there is plenty of extra room for prepackaged grocery store food even with the beef 1/4 and my vegetable.its so quiet you have to look and see if it's even running.its easy to keep organized and the 3 baskets are a boon for the things you tend to grab the most.i am exceptionally pleased with this freezer and the deal I got on it.why would I pay more for those name brand snob brands just for the name.insigna brand has been fabulous for me and the little bit of money it costs for the geek squad coverage I don't worry about anything going wrong.the geeks have given great service on everything I've bought at best buy so I'm confident this was a smart buy for the money.

Geek Squad is amazing!!! They repair you broken items quickly and with respect. It' sad that items don't last anymore but at least they will help you

I love everything about this refrigerator. My only one wish is that the ice cabinet for the ice maker were a little larger. If you fill up 3 or 4 cups full with ice, you're done, and have to wait till it makes more. However, the drawback to that would be losing the 3 small shelves that are right behind the ice maker. I can still empty the cabinet into the provided bin in the freezer drawer to accumulate ice and turn on ice plus to speed up the process. So, I'm glad they provided that as an option. If they didn't provide that, I would probably take a star away. I do recommend this fridge.

Had to call on delivery day bc we saw we were charged for haul away which we cancelled but delivery people checked was done. Geek squad were very kind and efficient and will be crediting our card for the haul away fee. Alma was very kind

I used to have a warranty and it worked out. Sad that you feel now a days you need the additional warranty.

The guys delivered our freezer and we were able to track them plus they called to verify we were home. The only item that needed installation was the freezer handle and we did that ourselves.
