I love Microsoft Office, however, I am not tech savy. About 1 year ago my husband needed photos for a funeral presentation. They were on my computer and I thought I shared my drive with him. I did because he was able to access the photos (too large to email). I lost access to my files on my phone's one drive. The file structure changed and I can see all his files, but I lost the vault on my phone. I reached out to Best Buy with whom I have the Total Tech membership and I also reached out to someone... I think at Microsoft support. Thankfully I can see my files on my computer, but not my phone. Which I valued greatly. I wish there was some way to access support to help with my issue.

Great product! Everything the college student needs

I use Excel daily for budgeting, Keeping account balances on mortgage, auto purchases etc. I also use Word for church related activities. I can't live without it. It seems like I couldn't get along without it.

lots of updates can be annoying as they require restarts

Microsoft 365 Family is a great software package. Mail and the OneDrive was the main reason for me buying this. It’s nice for families with kids that need to use but I don't now. It was getting too expensive for me just to use the mail.

This is a freat product. I have had ot for about 5 years well worth it
