I was going to purchase a watchband for my iPhone watch but the band was too bulky and large. Your employee CJ. @ the Tulsa Hills, OK store; convinced me that the band was adjustable. I said I could not make the adjustment because it was way too difficult. (The instructions could use a little adjusting). He made the adjustment WHILE he taught me how to do it ! NOW, THAT'S SERVICE. He avoided a "product return". Now my friends have been asking where I got my new watchband!

I use excel and word often. Best Buy makes it easy for auto payment each year and install. Thank you for offering this reoccuring upgrade each year. I appreciate the convenience.

When you need to connect from home as a consultant - it pays to be consistent with 90% of the business world if not 99% of clients. Microsoft 365 gives you access to everything you need to create, write, share and analyze all in one place. Seriously - most people don't take the time to learn all the features and shortcuts- but there is so much packed into this - it is very much worth the cost as an individual, in particular if you work with clients.

Microsoft office really is a great product that I will always use for a variety of things.

This was a renewal of Microsoft 365 (Office). I use the individual programs regularly for personalk and volunteer needs, but do not like the idea of paying for it over again each year, Paying once in the past for private use was very workable. The current method is too expensive for a retiree. It would be appreciated if we could go back to the previous system of one time payment.

I love it! I so love it that I did not notice that I have two accounts. It is very useful for personal use and for my business. I highly recommend it!

I have been using Microsoft 365 Personal for a few years without any problems. It has all of the functions/programs I use on a regular basis and it works without any issues. It is a product I would recommend to anyone. The fact that is affordable and renews automatically is also very nice.

Annual review of Microsoft 365 Windows applications which was purchased with Dell computer. Best Buy has assisted through their proprietary system to annualy renew the licensee of the software for the past 7 years. The process is excellent as a reminder and has made the annual renewal payment simple and less worrisome. One less thing to do.

The installation was perfect. They called ahead and arrived on time. They were well dressed, friendly and efficient. The microwave was installed, tested with minimal mess. The old microwave was hauled off as well as all the packaging. They wer in and out in less than a half hour. I couldn’t be more pleased.

I've been using the bundled Microsoft office products for years in many iterations - Over the years Microsoft 365 has enhanced the bundle adding additional creative apps, cross platform file synchronization and cloud storage. I Primarily use the Outlook, Word and Excel apps, but the creative apps are nice to have.

To be fair, Microsoft is Microsoft. What I appreciate is the auto-renewal through Best Buy, and the accessibility of your Geek Squad whenever there's a problem. I once thought my laptop had exceeded its expiration date. "No!" your fella reassured me. "Only your charging cord has." Such honesty is so appreciated. Truly.

I think the opportunity to have current Microsoft Office software is invaluable, but dislike having to buy a high annual license fee which cost more than purchasing a suite of Office products directly over the lifetime I'll license this software. Microsoft is making a killing holding customers hostage when other competing software is available; and at some point I'll switch to them.

I have tried Microsoft 365 for 3 years. I finally gave it up for several reasons. First, I didn't like the cost because I prefer Office Professional that you can buy. Next, I could never get Outlook to work properly, even with Geek Squad help. With those 2 reasons it didn't help me with my business.

Excellent annual renewal. Never have to worry about having Microsoft products on my MacBook. However, now I work for a company that provides this at no cost so I will be canceling my annual subscription,

Renewing the Microsoft 365 program access is essential in order to put my HP laptop from Best Buy to its full potential. I appreciate the convenience of purchasing all my technical equipment, accessories and programs from Best Buy and having the total Geek protection plan and service available all together.

Every college student needs this on any Device they have to make it easy to write and edit papers and be able to share documents from different devices.
